Huntington ISD continues to "track" all information regarding the Coronavirus and the impact on our community. East Texas and HISD continues to operate at Level 1. Even though our schools are closed for Spring Break, we are actively monitoring the situation.
We will continue to communicate with you as we decide our path moving forward. Currently, we plan to resume classes on Monday, March 16th with our regular schedule.
I anticipate correspondence from the Texas Education Agency and the University Interscholastic League later today. I will keep you updated as information is available.
