New Out of District Transfers
What documents are required to submit your application for students 1st - 12th grade
- Most recent report card.
- Attendance record if not included in report card.
- Discipline record (if applicable).
- Transcript for students who have completed 9th-11th grade.
An application can not be submitted without the required documentation uploaded.
What to expect after submitting your application
- Once a completed application is received it will be submitted for review.
- Transfer decisions are made based on qualifications and space availability.
- Transfer students are approved for one school year only and are re-evaluated annually. The student’s attendance and discipline during the current year will be evaluated prior to approval for the coming school year.
- You will receive notification from the District Administration letting you know if the application was approved.
- Once application is approved, please visit the appropriate campus to complete the enrollment process.

Returning Transfers
What to expect year to year
- Transfer students are approved for one school year only and are re-evaluated annually. The student’s attendance and discipline during the current year will be evaluated prior to approval for the coming school year.
- You will receive notification from the District Administration letting you know that your student was approved for the upcoming school year, you then will complete the Returning Out of District Transfer Application.
