The Huntington PRIDE (People Redefining Intelligence and Discovering Education) School was started 10 years ago with one student in a portable building. PRIDE is designed for the At-Risk student or the recovered drop-out student. You may attend the PRIDE School if you are at least 16 years old, at-risk of failing or dropping out of school, or if you are pregnant or parenting. Since it's inception, The PRIDE School has had approximately 450 graduates. Many of our graduates go on to college or into the military. Students may attend the PRIDE School on a 4 hour per day, 5 days per week schedule. The morning session is from 7:30 am until 11:30 am and the afternoon session is from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm.
